This beautiful new texas style smoked bbq place has opened up smack in the middle of HRBR/K TOWN

seems like the mini melts ice cream folks have expanded to include a course before dessert. And rightly so. Three beautiful grill smokers adorn the patio. Quite apparent that they know what they're doing. It's like a side scene out of the Bear.

We had a huge group order for 8 people so we kinda ordered two of everything.
Jerk chicken. Lamb chops. Brisket.
They come as solo mains or inside lovely brioche buns as a sandwich. They also have a pretty darn good smash burger.
Sides have wedges. Salad. Corn.
The ranch dip and jerk sauce are both home made. Excellent touch.
Brisket was top notch. Succulent.
Even the wedges. Excellent.
Jerk chicken was my favourite. Juicy. Lovely bark. Tender to a fault.
Beautiful food.
But overall I'm very glad that such a lovely place had opened up. I'm certainly gonna patronise this joint a whole lot more.
