Easy 5/5 for the best burger and smoked brisket in Bangalore, this shih was so juicy and tender, all the other "burger" chains like Sankys, OG burger, Biggies, Fat smash, Simons, Peppa, Burger it Up, Leons, Good Flippin are complete frauds compared to this place. Haven’t had such great food in Bangalore in a very long time!

Another new place in the block. The Jerk chicken tasted really good. The wedges were made well. An energetic team runs the place. These guys appear to know exactly what they are doing. I think they need to rethink on the premium pricing a bit, Rs 300 for 1 piece of chicken seemed a little steep to me.

Brisket and Chops may be small with a minimal menu, but what they do, they do exceptionally well. The quality of the meat and depth of flavor in every dish is top notch. My personal favorites are the double smash burgers; juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. And the jerk chicken, which has just the right amount of kick and smokiness.
