Brisket and Chops may be small with a minimal menu, but what they do, they do exceptionally well. The quality of the meat and depth of flavor in every dish is top notch. My personal favorites are the double smash burgers; juicy, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. And the jerk chicken, which has just the right amount of kick and smokiness.

If you're coming for the first time, I highly recommend bringing a group and going for the platter. It's the best way to sample the entire menu, and trust me, you won’t be disappointed. This place is all about quality over quantity, and it shows in every bite.
